In March 2022, when I visited on business trip, I had a “gorgeous seafood rice bowl”(1,400 JPY) at Isami Sushi restaurant in Erimo town.(I think it is a limited lunch menu).
I visited Erimo about once every two months, and lunch here is a must.
Thie fish is thick and fresh.
I wonder if this is worth the 1,400JPY.
Ingredients are tuna, salmon, sea bream, flatfish, squid, octopus, shrimp, flying fish roe in soy sauce and egg, topped with wasabi.
The rice is authentic, seasoned with vinegar.
Beacuse of this,I lose money every time I travel, even though the company provides me with a travel allowance.
If I were to recommend this place to a first time visitor to Erimo Town, this is the first place I would recommend!
If you have a chance, I would like to have dinner as well.
If you are visiting on a trip, I recommend making a reservation for a table.
Erimo Town was severely damaged by the red tide outbreak in 2021, which caused extensive damage to Erimo’s seafood, including Erimo’s famous turban shells and sea urchins.
According to the local people and the fishermen’s cooperative, it will be difficult to catch sea urchin for 3 to 4 years and tadpoles for about 5 years.
Also, with the infectious disease still raging, we would like to support restaurants by eating.
